Salad with Chickpeas and tuna
Preparation time: 12 hours
Boiling time: 1 hour

MATERIALS – for 4 persons
500g chickpeas soaked from the previous evening
300g green salad of the season
200g tuna in water
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 onion cut into thin slices
2 grated carrots
For the sauce:
Juice of an orange, lemon, lime, tangerine
8 tablespoons olive oil
1 spicy mustard
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper
EXECUTION
- Strain the chickpeas and boil it in plenty of water, skimming it at the beginning and lower the intensity of the heat until it becomes tender.
- In a large bowl, add the chickpeas cold, add the salad, add the onion, mix it all well and then add the carrots and tuna.
- In a jar with a lid, add all the ingredients for the salad to mix well to homogenize and pour over the salad.
